“Experience is one thing you can’t get for nothing”. Shin Celine was the 1st Singaporean who was trained in the Swiss Color International Headquarters in Austria. As a result of her dedication in her career, she became part of the first group of pioneers in Singapore who were trained as Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU) in Europe, and just recently became a certified Swiss Color International Master Trainer.

She works in the aesthetic medical industry together with the plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors, dermatologist and great manufacturers of beauty and medical devices around the world. With all the experience garnered over the years, she continues achieving her dreams and making it real.

Shin Celine lives by her principles of hard work, dedication, and humility. She believes that true success comes from a strong work ethic, dedication and passion for the craft, and maintaining a humble and grounded demeanor. 

Like everyone else, she makes time to enjoy herself with the little things that she likes and loves. She is a “fur-mom” who is madly in love with dogs and cats. She has a penchant for European and Japanese cuisines, from street food to restaurants, but when it comes to food, what she really loves is patisserie. Like others, she also loves the idea of travel goals, baking and dreaming.
